TRANSPORTATION OF YOUR PACKAGE

1. Delivery will be completed when we deliver the products to the address you provided, so please make sure the details you provided are correct:

• It is very important that you provide a delivery address where we can find a person to deliver your order, during business hours
• It is necessary to provide a contact telephone number.
• We will need a person to sign at the time of delivery of the package
• We are not responsible for late or failed deliveries, as a result of your error in the data you have provided to us.

2. Orders are processed and delivered exclusively on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the next business day

3. Your Order will be fulfilled on the estimated delivery date established in the shipping confirmation you receive from our transport company.

4. Despite our efforts and those of collaborating shipping companies, certain mishaps may occur during the delivery of your order, for which we cannot take responsibility.

5. In order to guarantee quality service, we take all necessary measures to identify the reasons that may give rise to these situations. Remember that all packages that leave our facilities are in perfect condition.

7. We cannot process orders with a delivery address in a PO box.

RETURN POLICY

Follow these steps:

We will authorize a return of the package to our facilities under strict verification measures.
You must keep your recorded delivery receipt as proof of shipping. Please ensure your items are securely wrapped, preferably in the same outer packaging in which you received them.

3. We will contact you within 30 business days with your refund, replacement or exchange.
Once we have your items, we will check that they are unused and obviously sealed, and we will process the return as quickly as possible. Refunds will be made with your original payment method. During busy periods, please allow a maximum of 30 business days for processing.
